Founded in the summer of 2018, 81cents began serving its clients with the goal of changing the way things work, providing affordable, accessible, virtual negotiation support (and data!) for women and other underrepresented minorities. To date, 81cents has worked with more than 550 individuals, helping them find more than $3,500,000 in additional compensation.
